Yingcharoen Culinary School

Located in Yingcharoen Market (Talad Mai Don Muang), Jongrakpadi Building, Yingcharoen Culinary School was established in 2007 to provide a one-stop service that encompasses all aspects of the culinary field. Besides cooking courses, we offer training in nutrition, food preparation, food presentation, catering and banquet, designed to suit different skill sets and ambition.  

We stand by our student’s ambition and commitment to cooking, by providing courses ranging from beginner, amateur to professional chefs. We pride in our ability to offer a variety of courses, such as Thai Cooking Class for Beginners, Home Cooking, Industry Cooking, Medical Diet, Vegetarian Cooking, Traditional Thai Cooking, Thai Main Course, food for alms giving, À la carte, Thai desserts, Western cooking, Bakery

Besides our options listed above, we also provide on-site and off-site training tailored to suit your needs.

Yingcharoen Culinary School has been trusted by various government agencies, such as the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We are endorsed by the Department of Skills Development under the Ministry of Labor to run “National skills assessment center for Thai cuisine” to produce quality culinary workers Level 1 and Level 2.

All courses combine theory and hands-on application. Course materials and tools will be provided.

Foreign students will be given course materials in English, with English as the medium of instruction.

Upon course completion, students who are qualified may sit in the National Standard for Cuisine Level 1 exam, provided by Yingcharoen Culinary School.
